Front Desk/Sales Associate
As a Front Desk/Sales Associate, you'll be the friendly face of Maokids, welcoming clients and their pets. Your responsibilities include:
- Scheduling appointments
- Providing excellent customer service
- Handling sales transactions
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area

- Passion for animals
- Previous customer service experience preferred
Grooming Assistant/Groomer
Are you hands-on and have a love for animals? We're looking for talented individuals to join our grooming team. As a Grooming Assistant/Groomer, you'll be responsible for assisting our experienced groomers in providing top-notch care to our clients' pets.
**Grooming Assistant:**
- Learn grooming techniques and procedures
- Assist groomers with bathing, drying, and brushing pets
- Maintain a clean and sanitized grooming area
**Groomer:**
- Perform a variety of grooming services, including bathing, haircuts, nail trimming, and more
- Provide exceptional grooming care to all pets
- Maintain grooming equipment and supplies
**Requirements:**
- Passion for animals and their well-being
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina and ability to lift pets
- Previous grooming experience preferred (for Groomer position)
