Returns and Exchanges

 

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. Here at Maokids Inc., we want to ensure a positive shopping experience for you and your furry friend. However, due to hygiene concerns, we currently cannot accept returns for non-defective items.

 

Exchange for Manufacturer Defects:

If you believe your item has a defect from the manufacturer, we are happy to offer an exchange within 15 days of your purchase date.

 

What Qualifies as a Manufacturer Defect:

  • A ripped or torn seam
  • A broken clasp or buckle
  • A missing or significantly damaged part
  • Incorrect sizing based on the size chart

 

What Doesn't Qualify for a Manufacturer Defect:

  • Dislike for the color or style
  • Doesn't fit your pet's preference
  • Incorrect size selection
  • General wear and tear

 

How to Initiate a Defect Exchange:

  1. Please email us at petypet.retailer@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and a clear photograph of the defect, along with any relevant close-up shots.
  3. Our customer support team will review your request and contact you with further instructions.

 

Refused Shipments:

If you choose to refuse a shipment upon delivery, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Additionally, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost to Maokids Inc. If you request the order to be shipped out again after a return, you will be responsible for a new shipping fee.
